Ingredients

    2 cups oatmeal
    1 cup raisins
    1 9oz. bag of prunes
    1 cup flour
    1/3 cup of coconut oil
    1 cup of unsweetened applesauce
    1 egg
    1/4 cup cinnamon (less if you desire)
    2 teaspoon of vanilla
    1/3 cup of stevia in the raw
    1/1 teaspoon of salt
    1 teaspoon of baking soda

Tips

food processor w/ almonds and prunes to your liking. mixture will be stiff, if too dry add a little water or applesauce.

Directions

bake at 350 for 40 minutes
