    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Pepper, ancho, dried, 1 pepper (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)
    Broccoli, cooked, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    *Baby Spinnach, 1 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)

    I also added this vinegar based mexican sauce that's super cheap...you could add franks or chiloulah or tobasco,..it has zero cal and zero carbs so it's not included above

Tips

i used 2 kinds of tomato, roma and regular


Directions

brown meat with onion and garlic.
add veggies, tomato sauce, spices etc and stir
let come to a boil, cover, reduce
and let sit for 30 min.
