Introduction

Ingredients

Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 3 cup
Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
*Birds Eye Zucchini & Squash Mixture, 1.00 cup
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
*Starkist Tuna Creations -Sweet & Spicy, 8 oz
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Garlic, 1 tsp
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Directions
Cook Pasta according to the package. With 6 minutes left before the pasta is done, add the frozen veggies (broccoli, zucchini, squash).
In another pan, heat on medium high, add some oil, then the onions and peppers. Add garlic to pan. Cook for 1 minute or so. Then add the tuna to the pan to warm (could also be canned chicken or any protein).
Drain the pasta and vegies in a collendar. Place back in the pot, then add onion, tuna mix and mix to combine.
Could garnish with fresh graded parmagan cheese, but that is optional.
Quick and easy meal!
