Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups flour
    1 c. splenda for baking
    4 tbsp applesauce
    3 tbsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 cup mashed banana
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

Mix all ingredients until well combined. Put in a loaf pan and baked fro 45-55 minutes at 350.
