Ingredients

Eye of Round Steak from Walmart, 10.62 oz
Veggies, Pictsweet Mixed Vegetable-Frozen, 8 serving
Great Value Beef Broth, 2 cup
Mushrooms, 1 canned
4 Red Potato, (459 grams)
Celery, raw, 3 medium stalk, medium
Corn Starch, 4 tbsp
1 cup water with the broth
Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup
1% Milk, 1/2 cup
Tips
I thought this needed a little more spice, my husband liked it, but I thought it was too bland, anyone have any suggestions?
Directions
I browned the beef. Then added the broth and the onions, then the frozen vegetables and other ingredients. I cooked this on top of the stove until tender. About 30 minutes on low.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a 13X9 cake pan place the beef mixture in the bottom; then mix the Bisquick and milk & add the mixture to the top of the beef mixture. I cooked it until golden brown. About 30 minutes [but check it as my toaster oven takes less time].
Serving Size: 4 servings 13X9 [big serving]!
