Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup white whole wheat flour
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup almond flour
    1 1/2 TB baking powder
    1/2 TB salt
    4 TB powdered buttermilk
    1 TB coconut flour (optional)
    1/2 cup butter

Tips

Use whenever a recipe calls for Bisquick or another all-purpose baking mix. Ratio: use 1/2 cup whole milk, 1/4 cup water, and 1 egg per cup of this mixture. This should yield 7 pancakes.
For optimal flavor, cook in a bit of coconut oil!

Directions

Combine all ingredients in food processor, pulse until butter is broken into small pieces. Store in fridge.
