Like a sunschine... Make it your own!
It’s a little boring to eat clean salad leaves without dressing. For a long time I used old formula “oil plus vinegar”, but in one day decided to “open my mind” )) A lot of experiments with proportions and ingredients made a brilliant (hallo, Cabin Pressure Fans!) result. Now I’m eating salad regularly, prepare it very quickly and always know what is for side dish today.

Ingredients

    Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
    Dijon Mustard (better sweet) - 1 tsp
    Honey light - 1 tsp
    Vinegar (white wine) - 1 tsp
    Olive oil (extra virgin) - 6 Tbsp
    Salt, pepper


Tips

This dressing can be prepared ahead and kept in refrigerator 5 - 6 days.
NB! Shake it always well before dressing your salad leaves ))


Directions

Mix it all in small jar with good cap. Shake it well. Well done )))
