Ingredients

14 uncooked manicotti pasta shells
1 lb extra lean (4%) ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
4 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
20 oz fresh spinach
2.5 cups Prego Heart Smart marinara sauce
0.25 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta shells as directed on box. Rinse with cool water; drain well.
Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is no longer pink. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat. Stir in cottage cheese and Italian seasoning.
Spoon beef mixture into shells; arrange in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Spoon marinara sauce over shells. Bake at 375 uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
