Ingredients

Mixed Vegetables, 2/3 cup frozen
Tyson Chicken Breast BAKED [4oz raw =110] this is baked!, 18 oz
Dole Classic Cole Slaw, 7.5 cup [full bag]
*Dynasty Maifun Rice Sticks [whole bag] 3.5 servings
*Thai Peanut Sauce, San-J Gluten Free, 8 tbsp
*Fresh Lime [half for each of us]
*Oil - Cooking Spray, Great Value Butter-Flavored (2 sec spray)
Tips
As I stir everything together I cut the rice noodles up so you get a better blend. Serve with lime!
Directions
First I put the rice noodles in hot water and let them soak while I cook everything. (About 10 minutes)
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and then brown in nonstick spray. Add mixed vegetables and then cabbage, and then drained rice noodles. Add Peanut sauce and stir until well mixed.
