Number of Servings: 8


    1/2 cup organic wheat flour
    1/2 stick organic butter
    1/2 cup organic brown sugar
    3 cups blueberries
    1/2 cup old fashioned plain oatmeal


Heat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a larger -sized pie plate w/ organic spray (Pam)
Measure, wash & dry 3 cups blueberries and pur into pie plate
Take 1/4 cup flour & 1/4 cup sugar, mix in with blueberries
Take remaining flour and sugar and cut in the butter until its the size of small peas
Stir in the oatmeal
Pat mixture over the top of the blueberries
Spray top lightly with organic spray (pam)
Bake 30 minutes, more or less, until bubbly and brown
Cool, cut into 8ths, and enjoy!
