Ingredients

    1 piece of pita bread
    3 oz or 1/2 C sharp cheddar, reduced fat
    15 slices (1 serving-1 oz) turkey pepperoni

Directions

Turn oven on 350 degrees. Put pita on cookie sheet, sprinkle cheese evenly over the top of the pita, then layer pepperoni over the top. Put in oven for 10-12 minutes...a little longer if you prefer it crunchier.
