Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1/2 cup Chopped Onion
    1 clove Garlic, Minced
    2 cups Water
    2 cups Chicken Broth
    1 head Cauliflower (cleaned and broken into pieces)
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    Dash nutmeg

Tips

If you don't have an immersion blender you can use a blender.


Directions

Saute onions in olive oil until light brown, add garlic and saute a couple of more minutes. Add water, chicken broth, and cauliflower, bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Let it cool slightly. Add spices and blend until creamy with an immersion blender.
