Ingredients

    1.5 cup King Arthur Flour Unbleached All-Purpose Flour,
    3 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
    .5 tsp Salt
    3 large Eggs
    2 cup Milk, 2%
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted

    2 tbsp more for pan

Directions

Sift dry ingredients set aside. Beat eggs until thick and piled softly, beat in milk and melted butter. Add to dry ingredients. Heat Platte pan (7 whole 1 inch sized) over low heat. Lightly grease with butter.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings of 7 tablspoon sized pancakes or 1inch
