    skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    2 peppers, cut into strips
    1 onion, cut into thin pieces
    1 pint of salsa

    Optional: sodium-free taco seasoning


Serve with tortillas and preferred taco toppings.


veggies on bottom of crock pot, meat on top. season with taco seasoning (optional) and pour salsa over all. Put on lid and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
