Ingredients

    put the dough ingredients in the bread machine on "dough" cycle. After it's done separate the dough into 4 rounds, cover and let rise another 30-45 minutes, then roll/stretch each out to shape.

Tips

Recipe "serving size" is about 1/4 pizza per person. If you make it real thin crust like I do it's not that much chow.


Directions

Bake on a preheated cookie sheet at 450 for about 10 minutes, rotating once in the over during cooking. Remove from oven when crust edges start to brown and cheese gets little brown spots on top.
