Ingredients

    1 cup frozen or fresh Strawberries
    2 Bananas
    1/3 cup of Peanut Butter
    2/3 cup of 1% Milk (OR 1/3 cup of milk + 1/3 cup of apple juice)

    Handful of ice cubes if using fresh berries

Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
