Ingredients

    1 chicken breast - cooked (about 8 oz)
    1 medium apple - cut into cubes
    1 medium cucumber - peeled and diced
    4 TBSP Kraft Light Mayo
    2 TBSP Apricot Preserves
    2 TBSP Curry powder (or to your taste)


Directions

Chop ingredients, add mayo and apricot preserves. Add curry powder to taste. Serve as is, or in a pita or tortilla.
