Ingredients

    *Pork, fresh, loin, blade (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw, 1 chop, excluding refuse
    *Ethnic Gourmet Calcutta Masala Simmer Sauce, 3 oz
    Spinach, frozen, 1.5 cup
    Beans, great northern, .75 cup
    Leeks, 1 cup
    Curry powder, 1.5 tbsp
    Olive Oil, .5 1tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

Braise leeks and pork chops in olive oil, add remaining ingredients and cook untill pork is tender.
