Ingredients

    4 ounces real roasted turkey breast
    4 cups of baby spinach
    1/2 cup baby mandarin orange slices
    1 tbsp of roasted pine nuts
    2 tbsp or more of sliced red onion

    Toss the ingredients in a bowl.

    Top with 1 tbsp of honey mustard salad dressing (recipe below).

    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp honey
    1 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1/2 tbsp onion, finely minced
    Pinch of salt
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
