Ingredients

    1.5 cups water
    2 Tbsp butter
    1 tsp salt
    1.5 Tbsp powdered milk
    .5 cup honey
    4.25 cups whole wheat flour
    1.75 tsp active, dry yeast

Directions

Add ingredients in order listed to bowl of bread machine. Set machine on either the whole wheat or the rapid whole wheat setting. Make sure 2 pound loaf size is selected. Cool before slicing.
