Ingredients

    1 cup Olive Oil
    3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    8 cloves Garlic, minced
    1 tsp black pepper

Tips

Feel free to add any spice or herb that you wish.

If it has too much of a 'bite', add a tablespoon of raw honey, raw agave syrup, or brown/white sugar when you add the pepper and garlic to the oil. For more flavor, add a teaspoon of salt.

This also makes a good marinade for any kind of meat! (Marinate for at least 30 minutes).


Directions

Combine oil, garlic and black pepper; let stand 15 minutes. Slowly whisk in venegar. Store in airtight container, in the refrigerator, for up to 5 days.
