Ingredients

    Milk
    Butter
    Egg (substitute)
    Flour
    Lemon (classic, optional)
    Powdered Sugar (classic - optional)

Directions

Take out top oven rack, in case your pancake is a high one. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Put 3 T. butter in pie pan (or souffle dish or anything big enough to hold 2 cups liquid with 1 cup flour). Put in oven to melt while combining other ingredients.
I just put the flour, egg substitute and milk together in a bowl and blend until blended.
Pour into pie pan whose butter has melted.
Bake 20 minutes.
Serve with lemon and powdered sugar.
