Introduction

This recipe was made with 1/2 flour whole wheat and 1/2 sugar was substituted with splenda. I would use less butter and berries next time but was very tasty and filling. Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    Flour, white, .5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener,.5 cup
    Milk, skim, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Strawberries, fresh, 2 cup, halves
    Blueberries, fresh, .25 cup
    Blackberries, fresh, .25 cup
    Butter, salted, .5 cup
    Low fat cream cheese, .5 cup (cut into pieces)
    Egg, fresh, 1 extra large

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Melt butter and pour into a 9x13 baking pan. In small bowl beat egg and add milk flour(s), sugar/splenda, baking powder and salt. Pour over butter, but do not stir. Add the berries and cream cheese pieces. Bake for 45 min or until top is golden brown.
