Ingredients

    20 oz. Ground Turkey
    1 Cup Baby Bella Mushrooms
    1 Med sweet onion
    1 small red Bell Pepper
    2 cans Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes Italian seasoned.

Directions

saute mushrooms, onions and red bell peppers. Add in 99% fat free ground turkey. cook til turkey turns white. season to your taste, (salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, garlic & herb for example) Add stewed tomatoes and let simmer.
