Introduction
This is intended to be a full meal rather than a snack. It's high fiber, sugar-free, and lactose-free and contains only healthy fats. (The almond milk is homemade, the almond meal the residue from the milk.)The color of this smoothie is actually pink or purple-ish, but I think the kale qualifies it as a green smoothie nonetheless :) This is intended to be a full meal rather than a snack. 1 cup kale

Tips
Experiment with these smoothies, switching up the fruits and vegetables, grains and liquid ingredients!
Directions
Scrub fruits and vegetables (I use frozen berries and banana halves) and chop into whatever size necessary for your blender to completely puree the solids.
Add almond milk to blender, followed by vegetables, and blend for a minute or so.
Add fruit and grains and puree until liquified (mine is always a little "pulpy")
Serving Size: 1 full serving
