Ingredients


    1 lb ground beef
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 16 oz. pkg frozen mixed vegetables
    4 cups vegetable or tomato juice
    4 cups hot water
    2 tbs instant beef bouillon
    1 teaspoon basil leaves
    1 teaspoon marjoram leaves
    1 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    8 oz. elbows or your favorite pasta shape

Directions


In large pot brown ground beef and onion (drain excess fat)
Stir in next nine ingredients
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes
Cook pasta according to package instructions
Stir pasta into soup, heat through
Serve and enjoy

    Incredible!
    Wonderful and filling soup!! I used a 10 oz pkg of California Mix veggies and 2 peeled cut up potatoes for the veggies and V-8 juice for the tomato juice. Makes 8 1.5 cup servings. - 3/27/21
