This is a nice satisfying soup for on those cold winter days. This is a nice satisfying soup for on those cold winter days.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 cups Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth (Fat Free)
    4 cups water
    4 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
    6 large potatoes chopped
    1 med. onion chopped
    3 slices of extra lean ham chopped
    1 tbsp. dried parsley
    1 tbsp. dried dill seed

Directions

1. heat chicken broth, water, and cream cheese in large pot.
2. chop potatoes, onion, and ham.
3. once cream cheese is dissolved in chicken broth and water add potatoes, onion, and ham.
4. cook on low for about an hour or until the potatoes and onions are soft.

Makes 8 1-cup servings
