Introduction

Ingredients



    Preheat oven to 350.

    In a large bowl combine;

    2 lbs 95% lean ground beef
    1/2 C. chopped onions
    1/2 C. egg beaters
    3/4 C. bread crumbs
    2 tsp. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

    Form into a loaf about 9' X 5" and place in loaf pan or shallow dish sprayed with cooking spray.
    Top with 1/3 cup Country Bob's Barbeque sauce.

    Bake 1 hour at 350*F.

Egg Beaters lower the cholesterol and Country Bob's is a low sodium BBQ sauce
