Ingredients

    2tbs olive oil
    2tbs Italian dressing
    1cup sliced zucchini
    1cup sliced squash
    1cup sliced carrots
    1/2cup chopped cabbage

Tips

I added Worcestershire sauce and bbq sauce to give it a little more flavor. If you add these make sure to adjust the nutritional values as they will change.


Directions

Heat olive oil and Italian dressing in saute' pan on medium heat till warm. Add cabbage and carrots they take the longest to cook. Cover and let simmer. Toss and add squash and zucchini and cook till tender.
