Ingredients

    2 Cups Soy or milk of your choice
    4 Tablespoons Chia seeds
    1 medium banana
    .5 cup coconut shredded
    1 teasppon vanilla extract
    1 tablespoon agave syrup
    Pinch cinnamon

Tips

Use milk of your choice. Garnish with fruit and mint if desired.


Directions

Heat milk and chia seeds over medium heat, let it simmer then add remaining ingredients and continue to simmer for a total of 10 minutes.
Chill for at least an hour.
