Ingredients

    4 whole fresh artichokes

    1/4 panko (Seasoned or not)

    garlic powder to taste

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    1 oz grated parmesan cheese

Tips

use acid water when boiling (lemon or vinegar) to keep artichokes from turning brown. Can bake to brown the parmesan and panko if you like


Directions

boil artichokes in lemon (or vinegar) water for approx 18-20 mins, until a knife goes through easily
place in baking dish and spread the leaves
sprinkle parmesan and garlic powder and panko
drizzle with olive oil
