Introduction

Ingredients

    1 3/4 c Chicken Broth (I use Safeway kitchens) 5 cal/c
    1 cup Rice (I use Calrose, but use whatever you like)

    Cook rice according to directions on your package.

    When rice is done, fluff with a fork.

    1 pkg Broccoli florets (cooked)
    1 can black beans

    Stir broccoli and beans into rice.

    Serve hot or cold.




Tips

Keep refrigerated.
