Pour on half of the remaining coffee until saturated, then sprinkle 1 tbsp. of cocoa powder. Smooth on 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. cocoa. Smooth on the second 1/3 of cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining ladyfingers and pour on the rest of the coffee. Spoon remaining cream cheese mixture.
