Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Broccoli, 2.25 cup (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 5 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .25 cup (remove)

Tips

Make sure you dont over cook the broccoli in the beginning or the dish will get soggy. I also added the 1.2 c. of sourcream to make it creamier (optional). You can pre cook and cube the chicken the night or day before making it a quick go to dinner, serve over brown rice for a full meal.


Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Place the broccoli in a saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook 5 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
Place the cooked broccoli in a 9 inch pie plate. Top with the chicken.I add 1.2 cup of the cheese here in the mix and save the other 1/2 cup for the top. In a bowl, mix the soup, sour cream and milk, and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Mix the melted butter with the bread crumbs, and sprinkle over the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly brown. You can add seasons like garlic, or lemon pepper to chicken while cooking/
