Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 small onions
    1 Whole celery bunch
    2.5 lbs Boneless Pork Loin
    1 Cup Tabasco Spicy Ketchup
2 Cups Stubb's Original Barbecue sauce

Tips

---Since this is an experiment on my part the serving size might be off.

Serve on thin bread, with some steamed veggies.

Directions

I cut off the ends of each celery stalk and then cut them up into quarters. Then I did the same with the onions, after remove the skins and ends and I threw them in the food processor, till it was soupy. Then I combined it with the barbecue sauce and the spicy ketchup and dumped the whole thing into a crock-pot on high.

Cooking it for 6-7hrs.

More than likely the sauce will be thin, so I'm probably going to remove the roast, thicken the sauce with some corn starch. Shred the pork and dump it back in.
