Ingredients

1 box of Graham Crackers (low fat, or honey)
1 box of Sugar free fat free pudding (any flavor )
I like chocolate or White chocolate
I container of Cool Whip (any kind)
Fat Free Milk or Substitute
plate that you can cover
Directions
Break the planks into squares (crackers) . Make the pudding using 1/2 the milk required, then fold in the cool whip. GLOB (technical term) a spoonful of mixture on the square and push another square against it. stand these on the side so that they are straight up. You are going to make a loaf. COntinue until you have a nice loaf shape. Use remaining pudding mixture to "ice the cake" . Cover and refreigerate over night.
Uncover and slice into slices across the loaf .
