Ingredients

3 cups frozen, unsweetened mixed berries
1 Activia yogurt cup
2 scoops Publix Greenwise Vanilla Protein Powder
2 tsp. Metamusil Clear Fiber Powder
1/2 cup Skim Milk
Tips
Can make the night before or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender on med-high speed until well blended. Pour into 2 glasses & serve. Refrigerate any unused portion.
