Introduction

You can add more oil to make the butter smoother and thinner, and adjust the honey to taste. I usually use 1.5tsp oil, 1tsp honey. SP only let me use tbsp (3tsp=1tbsp)

The honey and oil can be switched for other brands to taste

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Dry Roasted Peanuts, Oil, Honey

Tips

I use this as a base for homemade Chicken Satay.
Note that it must be kept in the fridge and won't last as long as store bought butters. If the oil separates, just give it a mix first.

Directions

1. Place the peanuts in a food bag and beat with a rolling pin until crushed.
1. Combine the nuts, honey and oil in a strong food processor/blender until the desired texture is achieved.

Serving Size: Makes around 3-4 heaped tablespoons
