Ingredients

1 cup One Degree Organic Sprouted Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Trader Joe's Organic No Salt Marinara
1 large, Mushrooms, fresh
1/4 cup Onions, raw
1/2 cup Trader Joe's Lite Mozzarella
3/4 cup Flaxseed Meal, Bob's Red Mill
1 cup milk (1%, skim or non-dairy; dairy milk adds more proten)
Tips
You can substitute yogurt, applesauce, or flaxmeal for the fats in this recipe. If using a liquid, you'll likely need less milk.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add milk until reaching a dough consistency. Add more or less as needed. It should be a slightly sticky, firm dough. Once half the liquid is added, it's easier to mix with your hands and knead in the rest.
Allow to sit, covered with a towel, for five to ten minutes.
Roll out into 12-16 inch circle, as thin or thick as you prefer.
Bake dough on a cookie sheet for 5-10 minutes or until just firming and middle is hot.
Remove dough from oven. Top with marinara, toppings and cheese.
Return to oven for 15-20 minutes or until middle of dough is cooked.
Allow to rest for 2-5 minutes on cookie sheet.
Slice into six pieces and enjoy.
