Ingredients

    1 pound extra lean ground beef
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    12 oz light beer
    chili powder (to taste)
    hot pepper sauce (to taste)

Tips

*This chili will turn out more "soupy" than traditional chili!


Directions

Brown the meat and drain. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low 5-7 hours.
