Ingredients

1 Tbsp of creamy peanut butter
2 tsp of Bragg's Liquid Aminos -or- reduced fat soy sauce
2 tsp of Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp of Coconut Milk creamer
1/4 cup of light soy milk
dash of ginger powder (about 1/2 tsp)
dash of garlic powder (about 1 tsp)
Tips
I halved the amount of chili sauce from the original recipe, eliminated the Sriracha/hot sauce, and thinned it out a bit, to make it easier on the stomach.
Directions
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Use as a dip for tofu, chicken, vegetables, etc.
