This is an awesome smoothie for breakfast. It makes 2 servings And is relatively low calorie, so you can still have Something along side of it. Ingredients

1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
2 packets no calorie sweetener (optional)
2 cups frozeb mixed berries, slightly thawed
1/3 scoop protein powder (see note below)
1/2 cup cold water
Tips
NOTE: I use maxpro strawberry protein powder, it is approximately 130 calories per scoop and 30 grams of protein... If you use another protein powder, aim for a 10 gram serving of protein in this shake.
Directions
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
2 packets no calorie sweetener (optional)
2 cups frozeb mixed berries, slightly thawed
1/3 scoop protein powder (see note below)
1/2 cup cold water
Combine cottage cheese, almond milk and optional sweetener in blender. Blend til smooth
Gradually add in frozen mixed berries til mostly smooth
Combine protein powder and water in a separate container. Mix until smooth and lump free. Slowly add in to blender.
Blend on high until fluffy and frothy
Makes 2, 10 ounce servings
