Soft and flaky flounder with a light crisp and bite of lemon pepper. Soft and flaky flounder with a light crisp and bite of lemon pepper.
Number of Servings: 1


    4 oz thawed Flounder (any fish will do, but this nutrition content is for flounder)
    2 Teaspoons Plain Bread Crumbs
    1 Tablespoon Melted Margarine
    2 Teaspoons Parmesan Cheese
    Lemon Juice for flavor and to keep fish from drying


Place fish on baking pan (spray with Pam) or place on tin foil. Pour melted butter and lemon juice on fish. Top with bread crumbs and Parmesan and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 min

Serving Size: Makes one 4 ounce serving.
