1/2 Cup Dry Plain Steel Cut Oatmeal (NOT instant)
1 Cup Mixed Frozen or Fresh Berries
1 Tbsp of either Flax Seeds or Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Tbsp Honey (Optional)
Tips
You can add a bit of banana or other fruits if you'd like, but remember that the berries are fat fighting!
Directions
Make the Oatmeal as the directions state.
Top with the berries, seeds and honey.
