    Cabbage, red, fresh, 283.5 grams
    Cider Vinegar, 4 tbsp
    Lime Juice, 1 fl oz
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .75 tbsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp


I put 1/4 cup of black beans and one serving of cabbage slaw on a corn tortilla (wormed or fried in canola oil).


Shred cabbage.

Whisk vinegar, lime juice, olive oil, pepper, and salt.

Add vinegar mixture to cabbage, mix, and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
