Ingredients

    1 pound of whole wheat pasta, cooked
    4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    4 oz black olives (pitted and sliced)
    2 oz EVOO
    4 cloves garlic, smashed/minced (more, if you like)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook pasta. In the meantime, put all other ingredients in bowl. Add rinsed cooked pasta; stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve as entree next to a green salad.
