Ingredients
-
• 1.5 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
• 8 oz. Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
• 1 package frozen broccoli
• 1 can Fat Free Cream of Chicken
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1 package Italian Dressing Mix
Tips
Can be served over rice, or by itself
Directions
1.Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker, mix water and Italian Seasong mix - pour mixture over chicken
2.Cook on LOW for 8 hours, or HIGH for 4 hours (until chicken is done.)
3.Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred. Leave the liquid stock in the slow cooker.
4.Mix together soup and cream cheese (I found microwaving the two for a few seconds before stirring makes the mixing a lot easier)
5.Pour cream cheese mixture into the slow cooker and mix with the chicken stock.
6.Stir broccoli into the slow cooker mixture.
7.Add chicken back to the slow cooker and mix well.
8.Turn the slow cooker on HIGH and cook until heated through.
