Ingredients

    2 cans Beef Consomme
    3 Lbs Beef Rump Roast
    Butter Lettuce AKA Boston
    French Rolls
    8 Slices Provolone Cheese

Tips

I serve this to my husband on the roll but I personally only eat the beef with some of the juice on top or I use the butter lettuce to make lettuce wraps. I also don't always eat the cheese...depends on how my tummy feels :(


Directions

Add Beef Consomme and Rump Roast into crock pot. Cook on low for 8-11 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Pull beef apart when finished cooking. Assemble Sandwiches with shredded beef and 1 slice of provolone each. Serve with cooking juices (Au Jus) for dipping.
