Caryn's Quiche - adapted
IntroductionThis is the best quiche recipe! It's versatile, easy, can be adapted any way you like. I make it in an 8x8 casserole dish, without the crust and love it! 1 serving baby red potatoes (or 2 lg. red potatoes or other)
2.66 servings canadian bacon
1/4 cup milk (use 1/4 - 1/3 cup milk, not too much!)
4 oz cheddar cheese
5 large egg
8 Tbs parmesean cheese shredded
1/2 large onion
1 1/4 cups spinach
1 crust, single 9" frozen pie crust (or none at all for crustless - is absolutely perfect this way too!)
Tips: I like to use red potatoes or baby red potatoes & keep skin on!) (Can drop into ice water if need to stop cooking)
