mash potato base with ground beef, peas and cream of mushroom soup mash potato base with ground beef, peas and cream of mushroom soup

Ingredients

    2lbs of ground beef or chuck
    1 can of peas
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    6-8 large potatos

Directions

cook potaotos until soft and beat as you would regular mashed potoatos. spread into the bottom of a 8" by 11" pan.
brown the hamburger and add on top of the mashed potatos. top with can of peas or green beans and the can of cream of mushroom soup( no milk) . bake at 375 for 45 minutes
